Vertical pressure leaf filter(VPLF) is one kind of low pressure filtration equipment. Its main filter elements is filter leaves constructed by multi-layer stainless steel filter mesh.
Its filtration effect is realized by both filter mesh and filter cake. According to test, the filtration precision can reach 5-10 microns.
Vertical pressure leaf filter is mainly used for edible oil & chemical industries, such as crude oil filtration, bleached and/or detoxified oil filtration, winterized oil filtration, chemical , crystallization separation in various processes of petrochemical industry, inorganic chemical industry, organic chemical industry, filtration separation of various catalysts, decolorization filtration of chemical products and safety filtration etc..
The main filter elements of vertical leaf filter is inner filter leaves. Each filter leaf is constructed by 5 layer filter mesh(2 layers filter mesh, 2 layer support mesh and middle support frame). The mesh size and filtration precision is determined by the materials that need to be treated.
